Today, I thought I would try something different: can you guess the subject and location in Manhattan of this image? This photo is unaltered in any way – straight from the camera, no Photoshop. I imagine some of you NYC aficionados will correctly identify this, so I suggest that you make a guess before reading the comments.
Let’s see how this goes the first time around. I will respond to comments later tonight and/or tomorrow morning. I have no prizes to offer, but maybe down the road I can come up with something…

Although I can see why the gold color might lead one to believe that it could be a Trump property – this building is the real deal, not veneered or appearance over substance.

First thought was “Central Station”, but then it’s not tri-angular … hmmmm, perhaps you got the shot inside “The Flat Iron Building”???
I’m only sure that it’s not “The Guggenheim” – I’ve been there a few weeks ago.

It’s a stairwell in the Chrysler Building. As part of OHNY weekend, the Chrysler lobby was available for viewing.
I will do a post on the building itself at a later time.

looking up a staircase in some important building i.e. a church or government building.or perhaps something more touristy.
